PREMISE

Fighting to end the project, Mikasa faces Academy City’s rival espers, scientists, and underground organizations—with help from her best friends.

Despite a dip in consistency during the second half, pretty animation, better sci-fi intrigue, and less gratuitous fanservice make for a more focused S2 of Railgun.
