PREMISE
Ittoki is a regular middle schooler on the verge of graduation—but an assassination attempt on his life rudely awakens Ittoki to a secret: Ittoki is heir to the Iga Ninja dynasty. Despite his disbelief, Ittoki now must prepare to lead the Iga clan, navigate violent escalations of ninja clan rivalries, and begin Ninja high school!

Shinobi no Ittoki had the ingredients of a great show—a middle schooler disbeliving the secret ninja world around him and thrust into responsibility—but its little character development and rushed pacing don't make it a worthwhile ride.
